Appetizer

Steamed crab
Mango salad with carrot , shrimp, and calamari (small squid)

Main dish

Baked wild white salmon, served with grilled corns and steamed asparagus
Pesto sauce.

Desserts

Almond Cookies ( recipe adapted from shortcake and Vietnamese almond cookie)
Hot tea
