Banh Beo Chay – Vegetarian steamed rice cakes

Banh Beo is Vietnamese steamed rice cake, topped with cooked mung bean and saute shrimps. Here, I made vegetarian version, so I replaced shrimps with chopped carrots. I served Banh Beo with dipping sauce Nuoc Cham.
