Bo Bia spring rolls

Bo Bia is Vietnamese version of popiah, Teochew warm spring roll popular in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Bo Bia has rice paper wrapper, while the original popiah has wheat wrapper. It is a cheap food and sold by street vendors.  Bo Bia is made from dried shrimp, jicama, carrot, Chinese sausage, egg, rice paper, lettuce, herbs, hoisin sauce, peanuts, hot sauce.
