Banh Duong is sugar cookie with “worm” shape from south Vietnam. The cookie is hard to make because it has to be light and crunchy, but it has to have the worm shape. Use baking power, the cookie is crunchy, but the shape is distorted. Without baking power, the worm shape is nice but the cookie is too hard. Tuyet’s Banh Duong is always perfect in texture and shape.
